"3 year warranty ok if you can afford phone bill"

Three year warranty the prices and quality of goods is very good it is not explained at purchase of 40 in TV you are expected to keep the box for three years I Have just had my phone bill the helpline number is very expensive for a pensioner .why cant we return faulty goods to store ..
