"Charges more than what they have committed over online booking"

A review of Enterprise Rent-A-Car by Tej written on Wednesday 18th of December 2013


I had rented for 28 days and at end of the rental, they charges me £11 more than they had committed over the email (online booking). When I asked them they told since it already charged they would send a refund cheque by post. I chased them via calls and mails. Every time I call the keep telling me that the cheque is in post and reach me soon. Even after months of this incident, I haven't received my cheque. Very crappy service. Never trust them, they never keep their word!

I have rented from Enterprise before and I will rent from them, but never from this branch.

Stay away from this branch!
