"The owner is rubbish"

I had a tattoo done here and it had writing to go with the picture. I sent the image via email and the owner re wrote it and spelt two words wrong. Fortunately I noticed one spelling mistake but not the other. So once noticed I rang the shop they told me to go in and see what we could do.

Shock, the owner who made the mistake wasn't there.. the tattooist had done a really good job and was really helpful but unfortunately there wasn't a lot they could do. So I was told I would have a phone call from the owner. After many attempts to try and chase the owner she kept brushing me off and wasn't very helpful at all. She was rude and arrogant and I'm really disappointed as I wanted to have my next piece done by the same tattooist as they did an amazing job... now however I refuse to go in and see that woman. She has no idea what she's doing and evidently cannot spell.... so please be warned if you go in and want writing double check and check again as I should have done....
