"Uncomfortable route 11"

I went on route 11 today from Bury St Edmunds to Cambridge.

It was very uncomfortable.

The seats were hard the bus was not built for journeys on the A14. Why can't you use a coach for this journeys like a coach firm ( ie Mulleys of Ixworth) they are more comfortable for this journey.
