"£45 for a TRIM!"

After giving a detailed description of the restyle i wanted to the stylist it was clear to me that she did not fully understand English however i thought that the pictures that i showed her as guidelines would suffice. I was wrong. I basically got a trim and tidy on the style that i already had AND she cut some of the hair i specifically wanted kept long. This cost me £45! At VERY LEAST she could have reduced the cost of my haircut down to what a trim should be.

I have subsequently complained in writing to Regis (as redirected by the website) regarding my complaint but have only had emails back saying my complaint has been redirected to Trade Secret and that they would like to call me. I offered today as a good day but still nothing. I submitted my complaint TWO weeks ago.

They failed to give me the restyle i paid for and have failed to deal with my complaint within a satisfactory period of time. .
