"Hypocritical owners"

I went to Scruffs to get an opinion of a wig I was sold by another so-called salon in Cambridge. They wouldn't help me.

They turned out to be close friends of the other owner. The person I spoke to said that they didn't agree with what the other 'salon owner' did or her wig aftercare advice. I was sold a bog-standard wig that she miscut and was not fit for purpose at a premium wig price, but Scruffs was not prepared to separate business from non-business issues and help.

Then they tried to sell me a £1700 wig and offered me a 'free consultation' that they charge £!20 for. If you buy a wig from them they take that off the price -- so not exactly a free consultation then.

I personally would not go back to them for anything. By refusing to help me, they sided with the other owner who does not even sell the same brands of wigs as Scruffs but charges the same high prices from her overcrowded conservatory where the cat sleeps right next to her unboxed wigs. A bit like comparing Midsummer House to Little Chef...
