"Mis-guided security"

A review of Royal Mail - Cambridge Sorting & Delivery Office by Desparing mum written on Friday 17th of October 2014

Only posted parcel yesterday @ 16.45, yet arrived this morning when my son @ work. but no re-delivery till monday when he'll be back @ work. & it's got a perishable item in it. why is the barcode not sufficient? it's unique & i'm the only person who knows it. but apparently it's considered less secure than a card which anyone could pick up in a block of flats & provide with false identity.sorting office near his work, but miles from his flat. he can't try late today after work because he doesn't have the re-delivery card. so he'll have to catch 2 buses tomorrow to collect. not good..
