A review of K T Car Care by Annia written on Tuesday 16th of December 2014
I went to K T care care , because my engine lite came up so I wanted to know what is wrong with my vehicle but they didn't have time that day so i thought that because they are busy must be good place to take my car and I decided to book an appointment for the follow week.
So the when I took my car to the appointment day , they said that they will give me a call when is ready but if they don't call me I can go to pick up the car at 17.00 .
Nobody ring me so I went to pick my car at that time and they told me that my Crankshaft sensor Is broken that is nothing else , I ask how much will cost and they said 120 pounds all together so I left my car overnight to them to deal with it .
Next day I paid and ask for a receipt.
one week later the engine light appear again so of course they didn't charge but when the mechanic have change the sensor he lost the cable to connect to the compute and fitted again delete the error everything apparently was fine very unprofessional the mechanic and very .
Last month my engine appear again I decided to take it to Vauxhall and they told me that the issue was that the previous mechanic fitted the sensor in wrong way . Never go there. .
