"EE merger losing customer bases"

Because of the recent merger with the service provider EE I am one as it seems many have and will run out of credit on payg.

The trouble has come when I switched animals packages and have already recieved data txts and calls.

However I have not yet recieved second bundle from top up even though its automatic. Ive run out of previous calls and data and left with txts and no freephone number leaving me to pay to sort it out.

This EE! Is not the best idea...infact despite glibal influences customer satisfaction and something as easy as a free number to rong or for payg customers should remain important.

Infact old suppy and demand governs that this simple kind of things pays you dividends instead of penny pinching 25x everytime your many users become forced to pay.

Many would call it a beurocratic idiosyncrasy but hey let peoples now tighter fists just do the work for you its still not getting sorted out....
