"Poor customer service "

Took my daughter. She had £1.00 to spend. Queued waiting to be served to be told, when we wanted a selection of sweets, for our £1.00, that we could only have a choice of two, maybe three, because it "wasn't worth it". Basically the lady couldn't be bothered to put in 1s & 2s of sweets. Too much work for her. Poor customer service. Just carry on leaning on the counter, gossiping with your colleague....
