A review of The Carphone Warehouse by Upset customer written on Monday 25th of April 2016
Thanks to a mistake made by the staff at the store, after returning a phone on a contract I ended up paying twice as much each month. When I eventually realised, I was told by the store I would need to disconnect the original contract myself as they had failed to do so when I returned the phone. As of this morning I am now £500 out of pocket and still trying to claim the money back from carphone warehouse. The staff in the store are merely salesmen. When it come to customer service and sorting out mistakes made by them, you will simply be put on to a series of automated calls services and call centres based in South Africa. I implore you, just pay a bit more and go direct to the service provider. Save yourself the hassle..
