A review of Marshall Motor Group by Repeat customer written on Friday 19th of August 2016
I bought my first Jaguar from Marshalls about 8 years ago, at the time while I had a few issues with the car I had no issues whatsoever with their service.
Fast forward to the past year or two and the service has frankly been awful. Problems with the car on delivery (items which were immediately obvious at that), problems with work logs being misplaced, calls are rarely returned, my warranty paperwork was completed incorrectly, road tax was dealt with incorrect, and on more than one occasion when trying to pick up my car or just speak to someone I've ended up sitting for 30 minutes to an hour. Nobody seems to know what they're doing anymore. Chaos.
I hope they can restore previous good levels of service by the time it comes for me to change cars, or I'll be shopping elsewhere..
