I bought a Discovery 4 on a 10 plate six months ago, it had to go back for some warranty work which they did apparently fix, but took months to get the paperwork as to what they actually did to repair it, even a letter to the MD was to little avail, then I received a phone call when it was due a service and cam belt change by a nice sounding lady who said if I booked it in she would call me the next day with the price, I booked it in but the call back didn't happen until the business manager called me four days before it was due to go in, a sort of courtesy call, I said I had not had a price for the work, he said he would confirm the price by email, then I suspect I know the reason for not giving me the price earlier, the 84 month service is not special but I was quoted £1215.00, 3.5 times the cost from other reputable Land Rover Garages and quoted twice the amount for the belt change.

That I'm afraid is cobblers..
