"Complete lack of interest or customer service"

Invited to an invite only VIP viewing at Cambridge on 01/06/17 and although incredibility busy I went because I gave my word.

No one at reception knew who I was or why I was there.

Asked to sit in reception whilst they tried to find someone and not even offered a drink.

Walked out after 15 minutes

Expected at least a phone call that day or with-in a few days to apologise.

To date nothing

Received a call on the 21st asking how the VIP event went (can you believe) and I was told they would pass on my very uncomplimentary review.

Have I received a response ? Not a chance

I've bought 2 vehicles in the past from these guys but would hesitate to buy a coffee now with this incredibly atrocious customer service.
