"Communication problems"

I am in the U.S. trying to reach you re my accounts there. You don't have an e-mail. You have no fax available for customers. I have to go online to be able to activate something to even call you.

You are so technologically behind. It makes banking with you difficult.

You are too hard to communicate with. You don't even offer the courtesy of of an international toll free telephone number for your international customers
