"Inefficient"

A review of Cambridge Travel Clinic Ltd by Lorraine written on Tuesday 22nd of August 2017

I telephoned the receptionist to make an appointment when we confirmed the day, date and time. I arrived before the booked time which the receptionist denied making. My name was recorded in her diary but no time allocated. I was told I could not have my vaccination but could come back at 4pm which was not convenient as I was working. I was cross questioned about which telephone number I had used, had I received an email confirmation which would not have been possible as I was not asked for my email address. Very unsatisfactory reception..
