"92 year old grandmother reduced to tears"

A review of Parcelforce Worldwide by Rebecca Court written on Thursday 26th of March 2020

With very poor eyesight, my mother has found it very difficult to work out the telephone number let alone the tracking number for the parcel sent by her granddaughter in America who wanted to share her excitement at graduating by sending a graduation certificate to her proud grandmother.

She managed to get through after a few attempts to pay the £20 customs duties but was not given any kind of receipt.

Despite promises that her parcel would be delivered the next day that hasn't happened.

The irony is that she lives within a 10minute walk from the depot that has the parcel but she is unable to walk that far.

Is this really how to treat the elderly?.
