"Conservatory roof disaster"

I had Anglian Energy come and fit a blue glass roof to my conservatory nearly three years ago now & it has been a total and utter waste of my money.In the first place the roof was fitted by a fitter who couldn’t understand the instructions in the guide.After many complaints to the company and wrong parts being ordered by the staff & visits by various roofers to my home and phone calls made by us to Anglian Energy we still have a conservatory that is unusable. We feel that anyone they send out to repair their work are just covering up a multitude of sins that are hidden under the framework.It is a total botch job.After three years my partner and I are now wishing that we had never employed this company to do the work..
