"Shop improved, PO still dire!"

This is the only shop in Oakington so they have a captive audience, maybe the reason the previous long-standing owners felt they could treat their customers with such distain & rudeness! Fortunately the new owners are friendly and always have a smile-such a pleasant change. The one hiccup in this transformation is the post office counter server, a relic from the old days, belittling and berating customers and making any interaction unpleasant!.
