As a landlord, having honest and reliable tradesmen on hand for refurbishments and repairs is essential. Ciprian's standard of workmanship is first class. I have hired him to do a several jobs in my rental properties including installing four bathrooms and two kitchens. He takes pride in his work and gets the job done on time and on budget. Ciprian is very inventive and resourceful and if he thinks of a way how you can save money and achieve the same result he will point it out. He is also very friendly and was always clear and up front about costs. I am very pleased with all his work and thoroughly recommend him to all. Excellent quality at a decent price..
