I had two identical boiled wool jackets cleaned two weeks apart. One was fine the other was clearly washed and not dry cleaned as it had shrunk massively. The owner has refused to accept responsibility and is no longer a member of any of the organisations noted on its customer information leaflet. Very unimpressed..
