"Not really happy"

He is really rude and doesn’t let the patient express their worries and concern

All he say is yes or no. I am really disappointed with him, it’s not just one time he did this but loads of other times

He doesn’t want to listen to anything

He doesn’t offer emotional or moral support and doesn’t give any hope.
