A review of The Atrium Club by Glyn written on Friday 9th of January 2004
I graduated to the atrium club from the smaller facility at work. The initial fitness assessment and detailed training program built on goals that you determine mean that with some dedication you can get great results.
They will even give you detailed tuuition for the exercises on your program. They then offer you further assessments at 8 to 10 week intervals and you can measure your progress.
The gym is airy and well equipped. There is a huge amount of cardio equipment so even in peak periods you rarely have to wait to start working out.
The instructors are friendly and will always assist with form and technique and will even spot you for exercises needing this.
The free weights area in the main gym is great but for anyone needing more then the neighbouring A-Max gym is a godsend.
I have made more progress in the four months I have spent at the Atrium than the year i spent in the gym at work. I think it's great and recommend it.
