"Very angry about my WORTHLESS guarantee"

Got a full set of windows from Bryco in 1999. One of the openers (in my three year old son's bedroom, of all places) has gone.

Phoned "Bryco" only to be told they have gone into liquidation. The coldseal head office now tell me there is nothing they can do! Their telephone number is also constantly engaged.

The BIGGEST mistake of my life!!.
