"Bryco (Coldseal) FENSA cheats"

A review of Bryco Windows by Michelle Ross written on Thursday 25th of March 2004

I was wondering whether anyone had checked to see whether Bryco (Coldseal) had registered their windows with FENSA, which they are a member of any are now required to do by law?

I had my windows installed by Bryco in December 2002. I am now in the process of selling my house for which I require this FENSA certificate. However, if you believe this is the certificate that Bryco themselves send to you with FENSA stamped on it you are wrong - you should be sent a certificate direct from FENSA.

I too have run up a pretty hefty phone bill after spending hours on the phone to the three girls in customer services and after being fobbed off countless times am now resigned to the fact that my windows will not be registered with FENSA.

If you do choose to have your wiondows installed by Coldseal, be it at your own perill..
