"good but hard"

As mentioned in other reviews Hills does work you amazingly hard, I’ve had four essays due in on one day and coursework in all my subjects at once. It can be very fatiguing and with the constant grind of work there can be the inevitable dislike of the college and the workload. I can easily understand how people may at times feel depressed with the work they are given.

The grades you achieve at the end of it do count though. The teachers are some of the best I’ve ever had and are (on the whole) friendly and understanding when it comes to work pressures.

If you can handle the work then it is a great place to go. There is a huge range of people attending Hills and I’ve made friends I always want to stay in contact with. The atmosphere is welcoming and the sports facilities are excellent while the reputation of the college is well know to pretty much everyone in education and helpful in university applications..
