I AM A REGULAR USER OF BLOCKBUSTER AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD SERVICE. THE STAFF IN STORE (WHEN THEY HAVE THE TIME) WILL COME ON TO THE SALES FLOOR AND CHAT WITH ME ABOUT NEW RELEASES AND OTHER STUFF. IT GREAT!! I SPENT 20 MINUTES WITH THE MGR OF THE EXPRESS STORE TALKING ABOUT FOOTBALL AND HOILDAYS. I MEAN WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO ACTUALLY TAKE THE TIME AND TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. I HOPE IT CONTINUES.
