"You get what you pay for !!!!!!!"

I used to work for Coldseal as a salesperson up until recently. The emphasis is to sell to the customer on the night at rock bottom prices if you have to, this is a must and failure to do so is frowned upon. The tactics employed are quite clever and designed to lure the customer into buying using greed & guilt where ever possible amongst the usual ploys from typical double glazing companies. They also will try very hard to sign you up on the credit route and tell as many porkies as possible to grab your signature as this is by far the most lucurative for the salesman. The price expected to pay is £175 per window and £400 per door including vat and fitting, extra for toughened glass etc. The product is actually OK (not the best)but the installation is very often rubbish, with loads of customer compliants. I would not have Coldseal windows in my home or any of my friends and family. Pay the extra and go to a more reputable company, they have been on the tv a number of times and for good reason. It is really a case of "you get what you pay for"..
