"No kids in pubs"

A review of The Granta by Paul written on Wednesday 26th of May 2004

I found this site while surfing and noticed the review of the Granta in Cambridge. I don't mind high prices in pubs as long as they bar children from inside the building. I live in Middlesbrough. I wish there were some pubs here which prohibited children. I always thought that it was against the law for pubs to bar children. The publicans in Middlesbrough seem to think so. You can't settle down to a drink without someone bringing a family of kids into the place, ruining the enjoyment of everyone else..
