"Inadequate Complaints System"

Aldi provide good quality produce at competetive prices but are sometimes let down by their service to the public.(eg 7th June, 16 customers at my local store queueing for one checkout, and no manager in sight). Trying to register a complaint outside the sore, however, has proved almost impossible as no name or address for a customer services manager appears anywhere, even on the official website. Aldi is a big enough company to accept justified criticism and should, like other supermarkets, facilite this..
