Had 6 windows plus bay fitted in May 2004. Salesmen OK, price reasonable. Fitting team great - used dustsheets and cleared up after them. However not all works were able to be completed, there were some supports for the bay window that needed to be manufactured, one window had the lock facing the wrong way, the outside sill could not be completed until supports fitted and the roof of this bay needed to be completed by an 'expert' lead roofer/worker. Roofer came and almost completed job on 17th May but am I still waiting (18th June) to know when this and the other works will be carried out. Trying to contact Coldseal takes the patience of a Saint - you try hanging on the phone for up to 45 or even 60 minutes constantly being told that your call would be answered shortly. My only complaint is communication - other than that I probably would still recommend them for quality, price and installation..
