"Delivery delays!!"

Ordered sofa from sofa workshop in May and was told 8-10 weeks delivery. Rang up to check order after 9 weeks and then informed that earliest delivery would be October in my area....who waits 5 months for a sofa?? They've lost my £2000 order!!.
