A review of Bella Italia by R.C.Mitchell written on Friday 20th of August 2004
When mama amalfi's opened in Southend-on-sea we thought fantastic!! We got to know the management very well and all the staff, then-------
the managers were shifted to different locations and so were the staff. In came the new managers and staff and we slowly got to know them. The service was great, you could sit down on a sunday morning with a great cup of coffee and read the newspaper. The staff were really nice and you knew them by name, and they knew you. Then guess what ----- Yeah you guessed it!!!!
They shifted the managers and all the staff. I think there's a pattern emerging here!
It seems to us that all Mama Amalfi's upper management is interested in is fast food and a quick buck. The whole charissma has gone from Mama Amalfi's and so have we. A good recommendation goes a long way, but a bad one goes even further. Heres two customers who will never return!!!!!!!!!!!!! .
