Theres no denying the fact that since 1999 m&s profits have fallen sharply. m&s failed to update its image whilst all of its competitiors kept strenghtening by changing with the times. amongst its strength are its food department and business ventures. something needs to be done though about its awful clothing line. it remaines old fashioned and rather dull. if only someone was to come and inject some colur and energy into the once upon a time britains favourite store, its profits could increase and it may have the chance to overtake those department stores who have already flyed passed. up to you m&s the rise or downfall?? .
