"Parking a problem and no-air conditioning"

A review of The Atrium Club by Chris written on Monday 23rd of August 2004

If you are considering joining a gym in Cambridge consider the following before joining the Atrium.

The gym facilities and classes are adequate for most levels of users and there are few real complaints that. However, if you ask any person who has to drive there they will all say the same: The lack of parking IS a problem. Compared with other gyms their parking facilities are completely inadequate. I recently waited 20 minute for a space before giving up on a Saturday morning (when the pay and display is at 50p per 20 minutes). Also during the summer on hot days the main gym area becomes a very hot causing you to overheat easily if you are doing a hard workout. I suspect the unashamed reviews quoting that the gym is great without reservation are coming from members of staff..
