Bryco windows what a farce - my advice would be to write to any organisation who will listen and have some clout in hitting them where it hurts - I did and thankfully BBC Watchdog came to my rescue and all the repairs were completed before we went on air. If I hadn't been so lucky with the BBC taking up my case - I would probably still be fighting to get some kind of compensation from Bryco.

It was beginning to take over my life to get them to put right their shoddy work. IF YOU HAVE HAD POOR WINDOWS FITTED BY BRYCO - DONT GIVE UP YOUR FIGHT TO GET THEM SORTED.
