"Nice location but dreadful service"

We went to Henry's for a Sunday morning breakfast today - great venue and nice location but the service was really poor- order arrived after a very long wait and then only half of it. We had to ask twice for the rest of the order which finally arrived.

When we got the bill it was for someone else's meal.

It was really disappointing- especially when we left and saw the reason for the poor service- most of the staff taking a tea break outside! We had planned this as a treat for our 2 children but won't be going again.

Sorry- we wouldn't normally go to these lengths to complain and are generally very tolerant!.
