We bought a laptop and a display from our local store. The laptop didn't work when we got it home, so we took it straight back. The manager tried to tell us that he couldn't swap it and that he would have to send it off to Gericom - the manufacturers. We reminded him of the law in the UK regarding purchases that do not work and he eventually agreed to swap it for us. We have since had problems with the display that we bought and cannot get hold of any contact names or addresses for head office. The only one I have managed to find is for the head office in USA! Please help!!
