I would not criticise shop staff who do work long hours as the priestood balfour's shop is open till 11pm.however,it is important that basic products e.g tea, sugar are always on the shelves, and that stamps are readily available at all times.i should also like to see copies of the very popular 'evening standard' available instead of just the 'evening post'.i think it comes down to good 'quartermastering'.keep up the good reputation of this shop in the eyes of local people, meet their needs,be aware of your local market in priestwood, and people will be content..
