"Quality on St. Patrick's Day...and otherwise"

A review of The Alma by Bimmo written on Tuesday 22nd of March 2005

Perfect for a quiet evening drink or 4 as it is usually empty. The landlord and his wife are both very friendly. And them being Irish made for a great St. Patrick's Day night - music, dancing, giveaways, etc. The food is good and the portions are proper - pretty big.

Large projector screen for TV - not really a place you find a great football-watching atmosphere though.

The Alma is a real quality backstreet 'local'.
