Unfortunately Charlie Chan falls in to the same category as most of the restaurants in Cambridge, overpriced and mediocre.

The food is of poor quality, the service passable, and the abience good (provided you get a seat upstairs).

If you want a decent Chinese meal try The Pheonix in Histon..
