Hi. I have just managed after several different numbers to get through to orange customer services on this number: 0800 079 0438. You do end up going through a few "options" but you get there in the end!! I have just cancelled my contract due to having no reception in my own home for several months now(and i'm fed up with going outside just to send a message!) and have to admit they were very nice and understanding of my reasons for doing so. Luckily my new contract holders bought out my contract so it hasn't really cost me a penny. All in all, a smooth transaction!!
