"TO STAY WITH ORANGE OR NOT TO STAY WITH ORANGE THAT WAS THE QUESTION!!"

I decided to phone orange and cancel my contract that had spanned for the last 3 yrs,alot of people have said it took ages to talk to someone i found that was not the case as i spoke to an initial advisor then a retention advisor in less time than it would take to boil a kettle upshot is i left orange but there wasnt hrs waiting on the phone and was all done and dusted within 3 mins,WELLDONE ORANGE!!! you truly are setting a president for all the other firms
