"This cleaner ruined brand new expensive garment by not reading the care label"

Disgraceful service from this cleaner. They 'dont have time' to read the care labels before ruining the garments and iron seams from the outside on synthetic materials. Brand new very expensive trousers have been rendered unwearable. No apology was given at all but they did offer to iron them from inside which they said would undo the damage. As I was counting on these trousers for a trip abroad tomorrow I am unable to test this out. Am extremely unhappy with the careless work and the casual and insolent response. 0 STARS. .
