The Ship is a friendly family pub catering for the estate. They have live singers on a Saturday night, a karaoke night every other Sunday, bonus ball, Card bingo at 6:30 on a Monday with Sky Sports and Prem+ shown on a plasma screen and 3 other teles around the pub. The beer is always fresh and crisp with a range of lagers and the Eagle smooth and Bombadier USP. A warm welcome from the landlady and landlord and staff to make you feel at home. Children are allowed in up to 7:30 at night. A kebab van on site from weds thru til monday opening at 5pm, bus stop just outside with a regular service into town. Buffets done for special occassions, birthdays, anniversaries, receptions whatever the occassion they try to cater to your needs..
