I have taken out three cars with welcome and have not paid and they have not got me up till this day. I LOVE WELCOME BUT ITS A SHAME THEY HATE ME. Im covering the 41.9% interest rate for the poor people. Legally they can only black list me, I had poor credit anyway so what difference is it going to make. .
