Hey!, now I used to live in Cambridge (now in Blackpool).but I have lived in Cambridge most my life, I really want to live there again as it was (as to me) THE BEST PLACE ON EARTH!, mainly because of my school (Milton Road Infant/Junior School) now as I found out, Milton Road PRIMARY school. I loved my teachers and my school life there was great, it was a nice enviroment esspecialy with (what we called) the Grass and Bark area.

Location

The location of the school is Fantastic! it was near town and woolworths(a store)....that wierdly I loved.

At summer it was the best, there were traffic lights that were packed with people trying to push and shove though to get home at hometime. It was also near Jesus Green now I cant remember alot about Jesus Green (even though I spent alot of time there) but the river and the park was amazing, at times there would be fairs, that you could always go to with your mum or dad straight after school.

School Life.

Now that I'm about to leave for High School I always think about my School life for the future and the past, even though I left Milton road school at year3, I will always remember it as my orginal school. School life there was a blast!, when I first arrived in KS2, teachers said that they would never shout at you, because that would be totally inaproppiate and there was no point (I agree!) Every class used to take turns to go to The Wildlife area, which I dearly loved. The canteen was next to the grass and Bark area, which I also loved because I used to use my imagination in there, it was a jungle! The classes were fun and enjoyable, as I was a Determind young writer Mrs Williams (My year 3 teacher) would encorage me to start writing, and so I did!.

Friends

You will find in certain Schools there are groups, maybe friend groups, or style groups or skin colour groups or body shape groups ect..., but everyone is friends in Milton Road school. now, most year3 would be scared of Year6's or older kids (as I found out in my new school) but Year6's in Milton road school were always nice and caring, intresed and determinded in learning. I had a whole load of friends, and so did everyone else. There were loads of kids that were from differnt countries, and were totally welcome. Like my friend Elearna (now she's left milton Road school) she was from America. it was so fasinating, as she was jewish she would invite us to parties and show us how you were meant to celebrate hunnika (exuse my spelling).

Life now.

Having not visited Cambridge for a long time, I have always found that I miss it and search on google to find picture of Cambridge(wierd, I know). But something caught my eye it was a picture of Milton Road Primary School, Now it looked differnt, it had a brand new look and I loved it!It looked great and I expect that it would be top class place to go if you want your child to have a good school life.

and I would give Milton Road Primary school 5 Stars for education/teachers/life/atmosphere....ect....
