"Top service -bottom price"

I've just read that review below and couldn't disagree more. I've always had fantastic service, with the guys going out of their way to make sure I leave with everything I need, even if that's just advice and a free lolly! I have shopped at Richer Sounds for years, at the Oxford branch mainly, and have always come away satisfied. It's refreshing as well that, unlike most companies, they match their online price instore, proving their goal -to be the cheapest and best. Top marks boys!.
