I have only been in a Richer Sounds shop twice, the first time I bought a DVD recorder, the one I had gone in to buy and it was in an unopened box. They also sold me a three year warranty on the condition that if it was not used they would refund. The second time I went in was to get a refund on the warranty which they did with a smile..
