Can i just say a big thankyou to the lady at thuramaston lillie and skinner who helped my elderly mum find shoes , although they didnt have the size in stock the lady ordered some and they arrived in just a few days , not only did she give excellant service in store she was very pleasant and helpful, although its a large store we felt we had personel service.
